If there’s one thing I’m an expert on, it’s dishes, all varieties, all price ranges. Through experience, I have determined there are certain shapes that are not desirable.

Here’s the problem. Look how much the plates are curved. Why is that a problem? Because there is such a small part that is flat that it’s virtually impossible to plate the food in an attractive way. It’s almost all rim! Unfortunately, these aren’t the only dishes I have in this shape. Call me a slow learner. I use the other curved plates to serve one dish meals in.
