Guacamole Friday, February 18, 2011 Ingredients: Ripe avocados, coarsely chunked Red, white or green onion, chopped fine Crushed red pepper flakes or finely chopped jalapeño Garlic powder Dash of salt Juice of a lime Chopped tomatoes Directions: Stir together. Taste. Adjust seasonings, as needed. Serve with low carb tortilla chips.
