A Week of Low-Carb Meals
If you think that eating low carb means plain, pitiful slabs of meat, chicken and fish with a few eggs thrown in, you have no idea. Havilah recently spent a week preparing low carb lunches and dinners for us as we were buried in conference prep. As you can see, with the amazing recipes from Chef George Stella, author Dana Carpender, and Havilah’s own twists, we felt pampered to the nth degree and our energy level was amazing.
