Ingredients:
- 8 oz. package of cream cheese
- 2 tsps. dry Good Seasons mix
- 1 packet Splenda
- fresh parsley, chopped fine
- pint of cherry tomatoes
Directions: Hollow out the cherry tomatoes. Mix the first three ingredients together. Spoon the cream cheese mixture into the number of cherry tomatoes you wish to serve. Sprinkle the finely chopped parsley on top of each one. Serve immediately. Leftover cream cheese mixture can be refrigerated for use later.
