This goes together in a huge hurry if you have the right leftovers! If you have made Pretty Food’s Confetti Coleslaw and you happen to have some cooked chicken and low carb tortillas lying around, you’re almost ready to eat!
Ingredients:
- Flour tortillas (I use low carb)
- Confetti Coleslaw
- Cooked turkey, chopped or shredded (Remember, shredded is prettier)
- Chili powder of your choice (Ancho Chili Pepper, Chili Powder, Chipotle chili pepper)
- Sliced jalapeños (optional)
Directions:
Shred your turkey and put into one pile.
Drain the liquid from the coleslaw. Warm the tortilla in the microwave for 8-10 seconds. Place the turkey on the tortilla, followed by the slaw. Sprinkle with chili powder.
Pour yourself a glass of something cold and enjoy your little fiesta.
