Ingredients:
- Flour tortillas (low carb, preferably)
- Melted butter
- Either cinnamon Splenda, or parmesan cheese
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Place your tortillas on a cutting board and cut them into cute shapes using cookie cutters. Try both big and small. I got the small ones as part of a filled cookie cutter set. The small shapes were designed to cut out the center to be filled, but they worked fine for making small crackers to be used for garnishes.
Melt your butter. Place your shapes on a cookie sheet and brush the shapes with melted butter using a pastry brush or silicone brush. Top with either parmesan cheese or cinnamon Splenda/sugar.
Bake until lightly browned and crisp — 5 to 10 minutes (depending upon the size).
Use the parmesan ones to garnish soup or salad. Use the cinnamon ones with dessert.
