When it comes to floral arrangements, bigger is not always better. The scale should reflect the number of places set at the table, the size of the table itself, and how grand the occasion is. When your meal is for one to four people, think small. You can always do multiple small bouquets to exponentially increase the flower power impact.
I found three little porcelain pitchers, each slightly different, at a price that was pocketbook-pleasing. While each is different, the fact that they are all off-white and constructed of the same material makes them a compatible trio. The cream pitcher bouquets I created consisted of just two floral elements: pale pink tea roses and Queen Ann’s Lace. (Who was Queen Ann and how did she come to have these delicate wildflowers named for her? I know not.)
Alone, or as a group of three, these quick & easy arrangements have great character and would be a lovely addition to a well-set table.
