These multi-colored bunny plates make it easy to get your bunny on! Each features a different colored rabbit in the middle and I got lucky — the colors were a match for some placemats I’ve had for years, allowing me to successfully mix two patterns on this pretty Easter table.
No napkin rings this time! Hard to imagine, since I have such a variety, but honestly, sometimes you simply don’t need them. Here, I used the napkins to form a visual border of color between the salad size bunny plates and the white full-sized plate below. I like the way it looks. The rose-colored chargers pull it all together.
With this view, you can see the variety of bunny colors on the plates. As I said — all the colors found in the plates show up in the placemats, too. It was a serendipitous thing that the placemats whispered “Use us!” at just the right time. Coordinating birds nests work well into a Spring theme. Pink glasses, hammered stainless flatware — and daffodils! As one of the first signs of Spring, daffodils are always welcome on an Easter-themed table.
One more thing to note. If you take the bunny plates away after the salad course, the table still looks beautiful because of the color of the charger plates behind the white plates and the added visual interest supplied by the placemats. Layers rule!
