Ingredients:
- 1 pkg. Good Seasons dry Italian (or Zesty Italian) dressing mix
- Balsamic vinegar
- Canola oil
- 1 packet of Splenda
Directions
- Follow the package directions for the amount of oil and vinegar. Add the dressing mix and the Splenda. Mix well.
I recommend obtaining several of the Good Seasons cruets and keeping them on hand. Make different variations:
- Substitute champagne white balsamic vinegar for regular balsamic
- Try using walnut oil or olive oil in place of canola
- Use raspberry vinegar, instead of regular balsamic
- Try substituting 2 tsp of Brown Sugar Diabetisweet in place of the Splenda
