This is a nice way to sneak a little protein into your breakfast and it looks good for company, too.
Ingredients:
- fresh cantaloupe or honeydew melon, sliced
- slices of prosciutto
Slice your melon. Cut strips of prosciutto. Wrap the chilled melon as shown in the picture. You’re done!
The counterpoint of the sweet and juicy fruit juxtaposed against the meaty, salty Italian meat is amazing.
