Ingredients:
- 1/4 Bleu cheese, crumbled
- 3 cups fresh salad greens
- 1 tsp. Splenda
- olive oil
- Nectarine, sliced
- Essential Vinaigrette
Directions:
Give the salad greens a bath and dry them in your salad spinner or otherwise.Cut the nectarine into slices. Brush the nectarine with olive oil. Sprinkle a few sprinkles of Splenda on each slice. Grill over medium heat until they are fork tender. Allow to cool a few minutes.Mix the salad greens, bleu cheese and Essential Vinaigrette. Toss well. Top with the grilled nectarine slices.
