Ingredients:
- Fresh tomatoes
- Red onion
- Oregano leaves
- Feta cheese crumbles
- Salt
- pepper
- olive oil or walnut oil
- fresh squeezed lemon juice
Ingredients:
Slice the tomatoes thinly. Slice a little red onion. Go pick your fresh oregano and pull the leaves off the stem.
Get out your crumbled Feta cheese. Arrange the omatoes on a platter. Add the red onions. Scatter the Feta cheese crumbles. Sprinkle on a little salt and pepper. Artfully place your oregano leaves around the top. Drizzle with oil and lemon juice.
