- 1 cup Splenda (or sugar)
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup rice wine vinegar
- Chili garlic paste to taste (usually 1 tsp. to 3 Tbsp. Make it to your hotness desire.)
Put on your Patience Hat, if you have one. This takes a little while — but it’s so worth it!
Mix the Splenda, water, and rice wine vinegar in a large sauce pan and bring it to a boil. Continue boiling until the mixture thickens somewhat, then add the chili garlic paste and stir.
Allow the mixture to cool and refrigerate it in a large glass jar. It will keep for several weeks.
