Imagine — guilt-free chips that are mess-free, quick and easy. Life is good. When I saw the ads for the TopChips Kit, I must admit I was skeptical, but my feeling was that ordering it and trying it out would be worth the gamble. I was pleased with the results right off the bat.
It’s a simple tray, coupled with a mandoline that guarantees your slices are the correct size.
The info with the kit said to dry the slices before cooking. I found that rather than just dabbing at them with a paper towel, my chips were far better and crisper if I placed the uncooked slices on a paper towel and allowed them to air dry, naked, at room temperature, before placing them on the TopChips try and sticking them into the microwave.
I’m sure having fun trying different variations. You will, too!
