I used the Vegetable Curler to peel a large carrot and a daikon radish, then I used the curler part to crank out these “flowers.” You simply turn the vegetable in the middle like you are sharpening a large pencil. As you do, the vegetable begins to spiral out and it naturally takes on the floral shape you see here. We created all three of these vegetable blossoms in less than a minute. Making food look pretty doesn’t have to be time-consuming.
