Take advantage of nice weather. When it turned beautiful this week, after months of unrelenting heat, we we grabbed every opportunity to enjoy the outdoors. We turned lunch into a summer picnic, although we ate at the table, rather than on the ground. (I’ve seen anthills!) The meal consisted of all the joys of summer, Confetti Coleslaw, grilled mini sweet peppers, tons of fruit, mushroom salad, and a couple of pork tenderloins. It was a perfect day to enjoy friends and colleagues outdoors.
