Takeout Tricks for Beef Roulade with Asparagus

I suppose I could make this beef roulade (fancy term for “roll”) myself, but since Whole Foods had already gone to all the trouble, why should I? Skirt steak rolled with provolone cheese and thin little spears of asparagus — and all I had to do was bake it at 350 degrees for about 40 minutes and eat it!Beef Roulade with AsparagusSince the roulade contained meat, cheese, and a vegetable, I didn’t need to add much to turn it into a lovely “fit for company” meal. I added thin slices of an heirloom tomato and some sweet mini peppers. A sprig of basil to top each plate, and I was done!
