- 1 pkg sugar cookie mix (or slice and bake sugar cookies)
- 8 oz. softened cream cheese
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1 cup Splenda (OR you can use 2 cups powdered sugar instead)
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
Assorted sliced fruit — strawberries, bananas, kiwis, blueberries, grapes.
Bake the sugar cookies according to package directions. Allow to cool.
While the sugar cookies are baking and cooling, mix up the cream cheese icing. Spread on cooled cookies. Arrange fruit attractively on top. Enjoy.
These are so pretty and good-tasting, too. If you’re serving them to a crowd, vary the types of fruit that go on the individual pizzas, or let guests assemble their own.
