Ingredients:
- Jello (I use the prepared type in the individual containers)
- whipped cream
- fresh raspberries
- fresh mint for garnish.
Directions:
Put the Jello into a quart baggie. Cut off a corner. Squish out the Jello into a mini parfait glass. Top with whipped cream, 3 raspberries per parfait, and a sprig of mint. Instant delight!
