Zucchini Planks

Zucchini has to be one of the most versatile foods on the planet, but this is one of the simplest and most satisfying ways to prepare it and it always proves popular at my house.

Ingredients: This recipe can be made either on an indoor grill, if your stove has one, an outdoor grill, or in the oven at 350 degrees.

  • Fresh zucchini, cut lengthwise into 1/2 inch planks
  • olive oil
  • Good Seasons dressing mix, dry OR Roasted Vegetable seasoning

Directions:
Slice the zucchini. Mist it with olive oil. Sprinkle on Good Seasons dressing mix or the Roasted Vegetable seasoning.


Place the zucchini planks on the hot grill. Grill until you have pretty grill marks.
