Ingredients
- Sandwich spread of your choice (chicken salad — try my Crunchy Chicken Salad, pimento cheese spread, tuna salad, ham salad)
- Bread of your choice (I love the low carb bread I order from Low Carb Connoisseur’s bakery)
- Fresh parsley
- Mayonnaise
Cut the crust off your bread. (Save it to make bread pudding later!) Spread a generous amount of filling between the slices. Chop the parsley very fine. Put the mayo into a small container. Cut the sandwich into long finger-sized slices. Dip the ends in mayo, then dip into the parsley. It’s like putting party hats on the cute little things.
Take your little dressed-up sandwiches forth and party on!
