- cherry or cherub tomatoes
- fresh mozzarella cheese
- fresh basil leaves
- essential vinaigrette
Cut the little tomatoes in half. Cut the mozzarella into cubes. Tear the basil leaves into half-inch pieces. Alternate the three ingredients on a toothpick, leaving enough room to easily grab and hold onto the toothpick. Place the little baby kebabs on a colorful small platter. Drizzle with essential vinaigrette, and serve.
For a change of pace, you can take the bottom part of an eggplant, grapefruit, or other attractive fruit or vegetable and spear it with these tiny tomatoes on sticks as an attractive way to serve them.
