Silly me. Michael had the Chicken a la Michael done. It was up to me to plate it and bring it in to the dining room to serve to our company. I was in a hurry and not thinking (bad combination). I picked some flat leaf parsley and rosemary in the herb garden, threw on a few of the mini peppers we had just roasted, and hustled to the table. It was only when I looked at the picture later that I realized where I had stuck the rosemary spears. Oops. Don’t just stick your garnish anywhere. Place it thoughtfully. Lesson learned.
