- 1 log brie cheese (you can use a big round, but its more work, so get the log, if you can)
- A dozen low carb toast points (or part of a package melba toast or some French bread rounds)
- 1/3 cup Brown Sugar Diabeti-sweet
- Assorted fruit, such as pear, kiwi, strawberries, bananas, thinly sliced
Try a variety of fruit for all tastes. This can be served either for an appetizer or a light dessert. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Slice the brie about 1/4 inches thick. Coat both sides of the slices of brie sparingly with the Brown Sugar Diabeti-sweet.
Place a slice of brie on top of each toast round.
Place on a cookie sheet and bake for about 5 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
Top with fruit slices. Serve and prepare to soak up all the compliments that will be headed your way!
