
Ingredients:
• 2 c. Flour
• 2 c. Sugar or Splenda
• 2 eggs
• 2 tsp. baking soda
• 1 tsp. vanilla
• 1 large can crushed pineapple
Icing:
• 1 8 oz. package cream cheese, softened
• 1 stick softened butter
• 1 ¾ c. powdered sugar
• 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions:
Mix together well, pour on greased jelly roll pan (cookie sheet with sides) and bake at 350 fdegrees or approximately 30 minutes (until golden brown). Allow to cool a bit after cooking, then frost with icing.
